Started dukan yesterday, lost 1lb very thrilled. I found the day quite easy. Hoping to continue to do attack until tomorrow, I've got a surprise birthday party to go to on Sat and a wedding on Sun, busy weekend ;)
Today seems to be going quite well, got the dreaded crab sticks in the fridge to snack on, but worried about the taste.

I can't remember if I've eaten anything else. Missing chocolate and crisps :(

Normally hunger will disappear by day three, so keep eating the protein. If you're not keen on crabsticks, no worries (they're pretty carby and sugary anyway so not great loss!).
