    I use WW bread, 50cal per slice. I'm not much of a bread eater though and normally have a slice with soup.

    Thank you! I am not struggling at all and counting calories is alot more easier to me than counting points! I have lots of friends that have had success with WW SW and I've always wanted it to work for me. Everyone's posts on here are very inspiring!!

    Finally... Something that works!

    I have tried WW, SW and was about to dabble in Dukan (even though I'm anti meat most of the time - but I was desperate!!) I have been doing CC for about 2 weeks and I have lost about 5 pounds. Its not difficult and I still eat quite well just watch the calories and sat fat. I over the moon! :-)

    Newbie - Dukan - Help!

    I hope so guys! my only problem is, i'm a bit squeamish (Is that a word?) when it comes to meat and prefer quorn. I'm not looking forward to the attack days and have no idea what to have for breakfast tomorrow. I'm thinking a Yoghurt with bran? Mullerlight with no fruit pieces is ok??
