    Yeh I weigh the cereals 40g shredded wheat bitesize and I only ever use skimmed milk I find any other milk too creamy. I think I'll try branflakes for a change this week and I also have porrige sachets in the house too!

    I just wanted to say because I'm annoyed With myself. I got to goal weight and received a the gold card september '10, since then i didnt go back To meetings and have now gained a stone and back on ww. Why did I let this happen?!?

    0.5 pounds off for me not bad, but not Good enough. I got away with this one this week. Had been sneaking in little coffee biscuits in work. So no more, the line has been drawn and my personal goal has been set for the next 4 weeks. Im all for it!

    Kingsmill 50/50 crusts away is good 1 pp per slice. Or the green nimble is nice I think it's granary etc

    Hi! I use my weeklies all for the weekend for wine etc. It's fine either way if u split them up or use all at once! :)
