    Hi Everyone, :) I am starting TS tomorrow, after being on Lipotrim since 21 July. I found that the LT diet left me too weak to enjoy life. I hope the additional calories in TS is an improvement.

    I record my weight, too. I write it on the kitchen calendar. I bought a set of digital scales, so the smallest loss shows. I guess we have to take our encouragement where we can find it.:D

    Hubby keeps saying that I shouldn't weigh myself daily, but I can't help it. I just do it once per day, first thing in the morning. When the number is lower, it gives me a real boost. Lol, I don't think I could stand the suspense of weighing in once per week. Wow, learley...you have done...

    Day 5 and so hungry

    Hi Libsmum, I am just starting week 8 and I still have days when I feel quite hungry. I have found it helpful to drink a hot cup of tea when the hunger pangs are at their worst. It makes me feel full for a while.

    I walk the dog for between 1/2 and 1 hour per day. I used to walk 5 miles per day, but I find that the diet has diminished my strength and energy.

    Hi galaxy-girl. I was the same way between days 4 and 10. I found that swishing water around in my mouth gave me some relief. That way, I avoided drinking more than I should. It's a simple thing, but it really helped. Hope it gets better soon.

    Thanks summergurl, that does help. The horrible woman at the chemist said 'Oh, you've only lost a kilo this week, that's not very good'. Pretty poor on her part, I thought, especially as she is very, very overweight herself and said she would never do LT as she loves her food too much...
