    Can you get back on track after a binge? I've been so bored today as oh is away, so I've turned to food!!! X2 buns Cheese savouries handful Skips handful ww cookie And some lurpack on my b choice bread!! I feel so sick and guilty now :-(

    What to do with Quark

    i usually make a carbonara, cook bacon, mushrooms, and onions in a pan, whilst in a bowl mix: x2 tbs quark x2 tbs skimmed milk x2 tbs parmasam cheese x1 Egg when the bacon etc is cooked, add the mixture at the last minute to warm through and there you have it!! xxxx

    i suppose your right, i just feel like i was having such a good week and then ive just let myself down!! it wasnt a few mini chedders hahaha it was loads!!!!!!!!!

    ive been so good this week, but got home and hubbys left over takeaway pizza on side, so i had a slice and now feel majorly guilty!!! also got carried away with a leaving party at work and the mini chedders found me!! is there any hope of a loss still!! i feel i want to eat now cos ive lost...
