Binge

    Can you get back on track after a binge?
    I've been so bored today as oh is away, so I've turned to food!!!
    X2 buns
    Cheese savouries handful
    Skips handful
    ww cookie
    And some lurpack on my b choice bread!!

    I feel so sick and guilty now :-(

    yep you can, i got back on track after group on thursday. i had a weeks camping holiday with a 6lb gain. its over with now, i enjoyed it and i will get the 6lb back off again, nothing to feel guilty about were allowed to let go occasionally :)

    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    Of course you can :D I'm proof of that. If it wasnt possible I wouldn't still be on here :D

    Its done,dusted, draw a line, move on. Thats what I do each time it happens. :)
