    Thanks Ken! (I have a target to reduce my BMI by December to go on fertility drugs..fingers crossed!) Good Luck TatWag - I have felt like I am stuffing myself on SW. The weight loss is not as quick as with WW but I don't feel hungry, which is great! Onwards and downwards!

    Only lost half a pound....at least it's a loss and not a gain. Strangely, I feel motivated to lose more this week, rather than giving up which has been my previous attitude! I even bought scan bran last night which might indicate the extent of my desperation! Well done jacill!!

    I think it is chilli con carne - with boiled rice - free on Extra Easy (fry onions and garlic and spices in fry light, add mince and courgette and brown off, add tomatoes and finally, near the end, add the can of kidney beans - heat through and serve on mountains of boiled rice - yummm!!)...

    Hello! I joined SW 2 weeks ago and last weeks WI showed a 3.5lb loss! I have not been hungry since being on the plan and have not deviated once! Is this too good to be true? - I seem to be eating like a horse!!! We will see...I am planning on starting a blog/diary to maintain my motivation...
