    Hi jayde Thanks for your reply....didn't think about the green day properly and your absolutely right!:) Great suggestion about breakfasts too....tomorrow I will give it a try, alpine lights or cereal with fruit and yogurt could be my evening sugary fix for sure! Just have to stop myself...
