    I was all over the place when i started but after a few goes it gets easyer and even if your doing it wrong your still burning calories, a hour of zumba burns up 2 1000 calories for some women. And its fun!! Xx

    Try going easy on the pasta this week and see what happenes i seen a woman who gained because she was having 2 bananas a day some diets class bananas as 2 fruits she cut them out and started losing again who would have thought a fruit was haulting her weaight loss just try it see what happens x

    Have you tried the wii there's loads of good games that are lots of fun i play just dance 1,2&3 and zumba its great room start you off you can dance as long as you like and i get covered in sweat after a hour x

    I've only got it for the wii and love it its not that hard on your knees you should be ok and if you do feel any pain just don't make your movements so big. You won't know until you try :)
