Hi all! I came across this fab site this morning while looking for syns for chocolate shape delights. After falling off the wagon more times than i care to remember im going it alone at home on SW. I've got about 2 stone to lose and determined to do it this time. I'm fed up of feeling tired and frumpy!! 7lb by Christmas would be great. xx

i had 2 stone to lose and 7lbs was gone in 2 weeks i was amazed im also on slimming world and love it!!!
