    newbie help pls

    Hey!!! You can have tea as long as u use sweetners and if ur having milk in it you use ur snack cals for it!!! Diet and sugar free squash is fine aswell but i think in mideration as water is always the best option!! I find that if i dont drink loads of water i dont loose as much each week

    Targets

    Hey!!! I only started on saturday but i am loving it!! I am hoping to get down to 8st 10lbs which was the weight i was when i first meet my boyfriend 3yrs ago!!!!! Had a sneaky look on the scales on tuesday and i had lost 4lbs so i am hoping by friday to have 4lbs or mayb more off!!!!

    Day 6! Strawberry shake Banana Soup and 1 slice of bread Half a thin crust cheese pizza 30mins exercise!! Had lunch with the girls today so choose soup to have instead of my shake!! Hope i havent done to much damage!! Lol

    Yea ur rite this has to b a lifestyle change and not a diet!!! I ended up just having a bowl of soup at lunch with the girls and tbh i was glad causr i wasnt sluggish and tired when i got bk into the office unlike all the others girls!!!! Lol just hope i can keep up with ths will power lol

    Hi everyone!! Ive decided to try slim fast as i am fed up of trying diets that dont work!!! Im on day 4 and ive been 100% and im loving it! Find it really easy to stick to and not been hungry at all!!! Any tips are so welcomed
