    Nearly finished my second week of slimfast and i was wondering what exercise everyone was doing and how much a week they did??

    hey ive just started slimfast also taking xenical off doc,ive been doin zumba for about a yr now on n off n its great best exercise ive ever done,u dont even feel like ur doin exercise ur just dancing n having fun i love it.u can burn upto a 1000 cals in 1hr class i do it 2/3 a wk then a do circuit training on a fri which is great for cardio bt prefer zumba to everything lol

    this is one of best vids ive seen of zumba on youtube shows how much fun it is hope it helps most places do zumba at schools or gyms x
