    Statistics - What size are you at what weight?

    Im 5ft 3 previously 10 stone 10 and dress size 12-14. I'm now 9st and dress size 8-10 but jeans 10-12 as my hips are my widest part!

    I'm following this plan too (though i only just realised "old weight watchers points" as i always called it is the discovery plan!) I've always used it to lose weight and so far its always worked so heres hoping!

    Goal Weight?

    Just wondering what a final healthy weight should be for me? I'm 5ft3 and was 10stone 10 in March and I'm now 9st 0 thanks to weight watchers. Just not sure what to call my goal weight? It was previously 8 and a half but not sure if that would still be too heavy for my height?
