Getting abit stuck with losing more weight, have been around the same since September...figured a computerised food diary may help! Im 9st 0, Hoping to get to 8.5 (prehaps lower but will see) before I get married next June. Currently aiming for 18 points a day, any comments welcome

Sandwich (ham)-3.5
Clementine-0.5
Dinner
WW Mince and Mash Potato-6.5
Bread and Butter (Flora)-1.5
WW bar 1.5
Total = 15.5 points
Excercise= 30 mins boxercise, 30 mins Pilates
