Hi all,

Getting abit stuck with losing more weight, have been around the same since September...figured a computerised food diary may help! Im 9st 0, Hoping to get to 8.5 (prehaps lower but will see) before I get married next June. Currently aiming for 18 points a day, any comments welcome :)

Breakfast
Bananna-1
Yoghurt-1.5

Lunch
Sandwich (ham)-3.5
Clementine-0.5

Dinner
WW Mince and Mash Potato-6.5
Bread and Butter (Flora)-1.5
WW bar 1.5

Total = 15.5 points

Excercise= 30 mins boxercise, 30 mins Pilates

Hiya and welcome to minimums. I don't know much about the old system even though I did it years ago, but there is a special thread on here for it (the discovery plan), maybe have a wee look in there for more support. Good luck xx

Wednesday 7th December (12hour shift at work)

Breakfast

Ham Sandwich 3.5
Apple-0.5
Clemintine-0.5
WW.Bar-1

Dinner
WW. Pizza 10 Total = 18.5

No exercise today as working a 12.5 shift at the hospital

Biscuits found at work! (oops!)-Approx 4

Spag bol small (heinz in a tin)- 1.5
Bread and butter (new crustless bread!)- 0.5
WW bar 1

Total = 16.5

No exercise as worked 12.5 shift (again!)

Hot Chocolate (options with milk)-1.5

Total = 19 (oops one point over :(, really fancied a hot choc but didnt realise the point value :( . Exercise only 40 minutes of cardio... will I ever reach 8 stone!! :(
