    Hello and welcome! The trick is to try and forget about cakes lol!! That's why I have to do. Not fall off the wagon as when I do I cant get back on it :) and just try and not see it as a diet but more of a change of habits! Sure u will do great, SW is the best healthy eating plan x

    I'm in, lost 1st in December and put 2lb on over Xmas so aim for end of march is 3st!!! So 2st 12lb between now (1st weigh in Monday 2nd jan) and end march (last weigh in Monday 26th March) I will succeed lol!! X

    I have an iPhone, when I touch profile it says access denied, maybe keep posting and hope it changes soon. I have (not including what I've lost) about 8 stone now. Long way but its little bits at a time I think x

    I want to be 11 stone - which means I have about 8 left to lose. Long way away but I'm trying to split it into 4-6 wk goals. Also, I want to be that weight or a size 12 by nxt Xmas. The books make it so much more interesting, no boring repetitive meals x

    Extra easy book

    Moroccan lamb and cous Cous - so nice and when u just make the Cous Cous with veg stock it's free! I love the extra easy book (smaller orange one), made so many nice recipes from it this month and it all helps with the weight loss! Never gets boring! SW dec mag fish pie tomorrow!

    This is the first time where I have stayed to class every week and haven't been tempted to miss class or go after weigh in! Think it's making a difference, it's not an inconvenience this time, it's a major (if not biggest) part of my life and I need it to be to make it work!!!

Weight loss is going well so far, lost a stone over 4 weigh ins and altho I have put 2lb on over Xmas I am happy as I went totally off the wagon.
