    Someone please help :(

    I have similar frustrations about eating well and even exercising for a week or so and seeing no results, but sometimes I actually gain a pound or two!! So annoying!!! So I did some research on the subject and I've boiled it down to water retention. Even with drinking a lot of water, doing well...

    hungry in the evening...but don't want to eat!

    I do so well at all parts of the day with the foods I eat, but then I get very hungry in the late evening. I tend to snack quite a bit at that point and regret it later. Even if I choose healthy foods, I eat more than I want 'cause I keep feeling so hungry. I've tried just drinking more...

    favourite foods

    lets see...the not so healthy :o= ice cream, lasagna, pizza (of course!), enchaladas. Healthy= :D fresh mixed fruit, grilled chicken salad, eggs and air popped popcorn. I'd like to have a huge list of healthy foods that I love, then I won't be drawn as fast to the unhealthy stuff :rolleyes:.
