Thanks for all your comments. However i really am confused. My consultant did say you can eat as much free food as you want when you want. There are alot of mixed opinions on here. What has your consultant said for the extra easy? I will defiantly asking on Tuesday when i go for weigh in x

Its the white sauce made with egg from slimming world site lasagne recipe. It rose a bit lol was yummy tho. And all syn free on extra easy

Flatten the dough quite thin as i made mine too thick that's prob why it took a while baking. Don't forget to spray your tray with fry light. :-)

All you need is a packet of instant mash. I made up with 300mls of cold water. You might need to add less or more. As you need to make a dough. Then simply put in oven till it browns, i got impatient and put it under the grill half was through. Then turn it over smear your garlic and herbs on...

I really cannot get my head round ee. I asked my consultant about it but she rushed right through I just gave in and pretend I understood lol is it just 1 hexa and 1hexb. Just dont get the mixing of the red and green.. Oops.

I save my syns up for the week, so can relax at the weekend if I fancy alcohol or going out. I find it alot easier. Cause 70 sins does actually stretch out rather well :-)

Are 2 alpen light bars still a hexb? Even the new choco and fudge ones?

A warburtons sandwich roll are a hexb (packed in 3s). I find these very hard to get hold of! Very rarely see these in all the supermarkets! But you actually feel as tho you have had some real bread!

The brocolli and cheese pasta n sauce is nice just made with water. I made up the chicken and mushroom one with just water and the smell was awful never mind the taste, so i'd avoid that one if your avoiding using milk!

You can get the patakks paste in a jar.. Then add chopped tomatoes and whatever vegs to it. Unsure of syns but think its around 7syns but thats for a huge pan full of curry. You only need to add a tablespoon
