Got weighed yest and 6lbs down!woop! Wasn't expecting that coz only lost 2lbs last week n week before so thought I was on some pattern! Was so happy I posted in the diary section by mistake! I've lost 23lbs in total so far and feel great! My goal is 42lbs and that seem so much nearer now!will...
Starting week 4 and another 2lbs off :) that's 17lbs in total so far, hoping to get to 21lbs next week! Noticing loss on legs and shoulders n arms, wish it would move from tummy n thighs tho!maybe in a few more weeks!hope everyone else having a good start to the week!
I'm popping the difene and trying to walk a bit to ease it, hot water bottle also a genius invention! It's happened before n it'll happen again, time is only thing that works!

im on day 1 of week 3 and i feel cold a lot of the time but the only solution is to get up and move more or put something warmer on or have a nice hot drink! hopefully the thoughts of food will pass, i just stay away from the kitchen so im not tempted by anything!i agree with the ladies...
i take my first shake between 1-2pm then again at 6pm and last shake between 9-10pm. i drink plenty of water and peppermint tea in between and dont have any problems with tiredness :)
so..the rest of the week went by quick enough. me a friend for coffee and a mooch about the shops and she was so good having a peppermint tea with me instead of our usual coffee and cake! ive been feeling the bloat for the last 2/3 days too, no matter how much water im drinking :( but...totm is...
Stop the negative thinking and start again tomorrow, everybody is allowed a bad day so don't beat urself up over it! Its only one day, its not the end of the world, and you've done brilliantly so far,a stone in just over 2weeks is fantastic! :) :)
I've noticed the brown residue too, espec in the vanilla I find.I've just been trying to whisk it for longer to hopefully get rid of it,i have a mini whisk (the kind u get with the hot chocolate sets) and it works brill!
Brilliant about the size 14's, before u know it it'll be 12's n lower!
Watching fat families...its enough to turn ya off junk food for life! one if the best things about this diet is that it makes u realise u can live without the crappy junk food!
u will get thru this! im only on day 11 but come on, we're doing so well! there will be bad days and good days but when u get tempted think of the words of the eternally twig like kate moss...nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!! just remember why you're doing this and how fabulous...

Thanks guys!i just tried on 2 tops and a dress while out shopping, got all 3 coz they all fit! The dress is a 14 and the tops are medium! Last week I was a size 16/18,i can't believe it!i think I'm still a 16 on the bottom but I'm sooooo happy right now! Can't wait for my next weigh in!

I started lipotrim TFR last monday and had my first weigh in today, down 10lbs! I'm so frickin happy, this has definately spurred me on for this week!i got the flapjacks to try and thankfully I only got 4 coz they are nasty! Like the shakes tho!
