I seem to be stuck at about 182lbs or so.
I don't think it helps that I am wanting to do a lot of stress eating at the moment :S
I'm having a tough time resisting the urge to stress eat.
In this day and age it is quite common to purchase frozen foods that are easy to throw in the oven or prepare on the stove. My wife and I were doing this fairly frequently until we realized that I can often prepare a meal from scratch in the same time it takes a lot of the frozen things to cook...

One of my big challenges is stress eating. When I get stressed I want to eat all the wrong things in large quatnities.
So far on this go of weight loss I've managed to keep it to a minimum, but it is tough. How do others deal with this?
