    Whack some mullerlight or other syn free yoghurt into lolly moulds and freeze. When frozen suck them to your hearts content :D totally free but feels oh so naughty!! Lolly moulds are only a quid in tesco. Nom nom nom :D

    Online they have the syn values for the latte and the capachino but not the other varieties. Don't suppose anyone knows the values for the chocochino, iced capachino, mocha etc too? I think I remember doing the syns calculator and working out the choc as 7 syns but I'm not sure. Cheers!

    it'll be the banana's and grapes causing slow weight loss, lots of people cant eat lots of those and loose weight. They have a high sugar content. Try cutting down on those and see how you go. I won't tell you how many muller's I've eaten in a day when I've been on a binge :p

    definitely take it easy! in some people the fatigue lingers on when the virus has gone because of over doing it. It is a contributing factor in a lot of people for ME/CFS/PVFS majority of people recover 100% but do take it easy.

    just as long as your aware it has a syn value when pre-cooked like that, some are minimal but some are 3 syns and above so if you eat a lot of it could put you over your limit.

    alton towers tomorrow

    Had a great time!! Was brave and went on the big thrill rides Nemesis, Air and Oblivion :D I had about 55 syns but I didn't have the Maccy D breakfast or the burger dinner I was offered so I am pleased. Don't feel guilty as I really enjoyed myself without being silly with the eating.
