    Just ruined things today :( big time. My little boy begged me to make cakes with him.... The rest is history!!! I'll get back on it tomorrow.     First weigh in yesterday

    Lost 6.5lbs in first week, which I was really pleased with. I stayed the same for about 3 days and then on weigh day lost a couple more which was great!

    Don't worry, I've only lost about the same in my first week. I know I've got water retention as can see it in my hands. And I'm due on :( this can all have an impact, stick with it and you will probably lose more next week x

    I'm hearing all sorts. I have a book published jan 2011, mine says 2x15g for ss+. Others who have a September book say its 80g!! I've been quite confused!!

    I compared the carb count /sugar in my low fat dressing to balsamic and there wasn't much difference.

    I'd say so :) just stick to the lower carbs/lower fat options. If it comes with chips/potatoes etc just ask for extra veg that you can have. Have a treat, it's does us all good on this once the time is right x
