Hi I got a sept 2011 book and mine says 80g veg/salad.

Can u mix the veg/salad or stick to one?

Might have a treat tomorrow and have a 'meal'

Not sure what book I have but it's the one that is 2x 15g of veg. Kept reading on here that it was 80g in total so I contacted my CDC. She was unsure and checked. It HAS gone up to 80g in total of any veg from the list.

I have the latest book, so to put your mind at rest here is what it says for SS plus.

80 g of any cooked or raw veg or salad from this list:
Asparagus, broccoli, cabbage (even pickled) cauliflower, celeriac, Chinese leafy greens (pak choi and Chinese cabbage) courgette, cucumber, fennel, green peppers, green salad levee (including lambs lettuce, radicchio, little gem and romaine) kale, leeks, marrow, mushroom, red radishes, spinach, spring onions, water cress.

With:
170g chicken or turkey breast, 180g tinned tuna in brine or water, 200g Quorn eg mince, pieces, 225gcottage cheese, plain, reduced fat, 230g cod, haddock or other White fish, 185g pre cooked prawns, 250g steamed tofu, 2 large eggs
