    I do Sunday, tues and Thursday and down days and Saturday as an intermittent day by having 1000 cals, am into week 2 and 4 lbs down so seems to be working , good luck you can do it

    Course you can its called adf alternate day fasting but most do have sat and sun as UD days or others do strict alternates and fast every other day for quicker results, good luck

    Have u tried the diet or just read the book? Some ppl lose on 2 days 500/2000 some ppl add an extra day 500/2000 or drop one to maintain My stats say I should be on 340/1700 to lose , everyone has to find out what works for them, and gives them a calorie deficit, good luck

    You should try sticking to 500, exersize when fasting burns more fat, that's what they are saying on the other forum, I did the 30 day shred on a fast day and felt my appetite was surpressed for about an hour after and felt great

    Dd for me so far had couple of bovrils x 10 cals each 10 cal jelly 80 g tuna 80 cals with mushrooms and salad x 20 cals 130 cals so far and just plan to have a ham and mushroom omelette for tea about 180 cals 190 left for supper prob toast and yogurt :)

    You sound like you are doing everything right to me, with me every diet I try I plateau really quickly so end up flitting between diets losing a few pounds on every one, at least if you aren't gaining then u are doing something right!! G. Luck

    You can have up to 2000 on an up day! I find am always really hungry after a down day so eat plenty to get thru the next down day, u need the swing between both days to get your metabolism going, good luck

    I did the red only diet and found myself stuck as I didn't want a massive gain when I ate carbs, but it didn't quite agree with my tum, small amounts of carbs with a healthy load of vegetables will balance it out like half plate veg, quarter carb/protein, good luck
