Hello Soontobemrsg.. I do mostly red days and I find a weekly dinner menu (based loosely) helps a lot both with shopping and just not having to think lol.. Also my menu can easily be adapted round my 3 boys and OH.. Hope it helps a little bit :)

I have a massive sweet craving the day before I'm due.. every time.. I put on about 3-5 pounds a few days before to the beginning of that week.. I have a separate weight chart in which I weigh myself every month.. it's less disheartening

Thanks for this great post. Had the cauliflower curry with chicken leek and mushrooms surrounded by "cauliflower Rice" (bit of soft cheese added) it was really really nice and got to be too good to be true.. is it possible to overdose on cauliflower? :)
