Don't feel disheartened - Continue at it and I am sure you will have a great loss next week. Around my TOTM i maintain/gain for the week and also the week after :( it must be water retention for me. Very irritating but then after the two weeks I lose again :)

Well done! You had nothing to worry about :) My weigh in is 7:30 tonight, after two weeks of staying the same following the green plan this past week I've switched back to extra easy..fingers crossed :)
I tend to stop eating around 4pm and stop drinking at about 6 - weigh in is at 7:30, I don't think this really helps but i think if i felt bloated before WI i would be really annoyed, and may talk myself out of going. Only my preference though :)
Id love to start swimming again but find it hard to find a comfortable swimming costume which holds my boobs! don't want to feel conscious all the time that they may pop out.. all the costumes i find at the moment are made for smaller boobs :(

I went for my first jog..ever! And even though some kids shouted look at that fatty running, i continued instead of stopping and throwing a rock at them :)

My healthy extras are usually milk or cheese, and then B choice weetabix, alpen lights or ryvita. I absolutely love the diet as there is so much variety which is why I haven't caved and given up. I know the end result...

Thank you! Yes I've been eating my superfree maybe not as much as I should?! I felt with the green plan I was eating too many carbs like cheese and bread. An example of what I had yesterday:
