    All looks good to me too.. Do you drink much water? Maybe try increasing your water intake. Stick to it for another week like Stevie said it may be your body adjusting x

    evening weighers - what do you eat on WI day

    I tend to stop eating around 4pm and stop drinking at about 6 - weigh in is at 7:30, I don't think this really helps but i think if i felt bloated before WI i would be really annoyed, and may talk myself out of going. Only my preference though :)

    Id love to start swimming again but find it hard to find a comfortable swimming costume which holds my boobs! don't want to feel conscious all the time that they may pop out.. all the costumes i find at the moment are made for smaller boobs :(

    It has arrived! (Not too sure why i am excited!) At the moment i am a size 14 top 14/16 bottoms, id like to be a 12 top and 14 bottoms (12 in the end but don't know whether ill get there)! So hopefully this will help me to be that bit closer!
