    I started off going to a women only session for the same reason to be honest, then after going to that twice I wasn't bothered! Noooo don't be doing that! I'm sure you will be fine :)

    Hi Sharon, I'm VERY unfit too, but every little helps, I've started going swimming which I was absolutely dreading but now I love! Going for my first run on Saturday, should be interesting! :rolleyes: haha! Good luck for tomorrow! Jenny :)

    Hi Everyone :) After failing at numerous diets, I have decided to give calorie counting a go! I lost 6.5 lbs in the first week, but only 1.5lb in the second week. I've been trying to stick to around 1200 calories, can anyone tell me is this is enough, or do I need to be having more or less...
