    IBS and slimming world?

    Like some of the others have mentioned on here, SW tends to help me manage my IBS. Mine flares up when I eat to much rich or dairy based food (hence pizza making me v poorly!) and the structure of slimming world seems to help me restrict the bad stuff. I think the key is finding the balance...
