    Dispatches

I couldn't agree more with your post. I was totally appalled and angered by that programme last night-I actually felt insulted as both a viewer and a paying member of WW. It really did well to make both the viewer and members seem like stupid, non-thinking airheads who know nothing. I seriously...

    Back to my first love

Calculating the PP of everything I think can put folk off but the longer you are on it, the easier it gets and you remember the values of the things you regularly use/scoff!! I swear, I LOVE WW!! No calorie counting and a normal, sensible and sustainable approach to losing weight-yayyyyyy!!!!!

I'm at the begining of my journey!

Hello! That's really brilliant what you've lost. Having a good weight loss in the early stages is a great boost. I'm at WW-SW doesn't work for me but hey, who cares?!! Whatever works eh?!! I started back (again!!!) in June this year. I was 17st 9lbs-I've managed to get down to 14st 5lbs to date...

    No motivation whatsoever:(

Oh and another thing, I don't keep ANY trigger foods in the house which I know I would binge on, like bread and butter or biscuits. I actually stopped buying biscuits years ago but the bread and butter had to go as I could have eaten a loaf easily in a day. Don't be tempted either to buy the...

    No motivation whatsoever:(

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I could easily do the same and ate like this hence the reason I'm at WW's!! My honest good tip is to plan your meals. Seriously. Newbie to the WW forum-moved from SW

Anyone needs to find the right eating plan that suits them, as an individual. It's a shame some people think SW is better than WW or vice versa. Making the switch from sw?

I was at SW earlier this year; I promised my friend I'd do it for 6 weeks with her and if I didn't like it, I would go back to WW. Well, I hated SW. I only lost 9lbs in 6 weeks. It clearly works, that is a fact as there are some amazing losses but it just didn't suit me mentally or my lifestyle...
