    Friday morning weigh ins anyone?

    Thought I was going to go up after I had a little peek in the week but I've actually stayed at 11st 6lbs. I'm happy with that although my target was to be below 11st after a month and with 2 weeks left I can't see that happening. Good luck to everyone else.

    Hi cloudedskies. I'm finding it a lot better now that I'm a few days in as my body has stopped craving bad things. Doing my exercises is killing me though...whoever invented lunges needs a slap! Slowly is definately better as you adjust to eating better longer and it becomes more of a habit...

    Keep going and soon they will be asking you how you lost weight...I promise. BIB - I think that's the key. For me personally before I eat I try to think ''will this do something positive for my body? will it give me some nutritional benefit?'' and if I think it will I gobble it down!
