    Am I a scales addict?!

    Weight does fluctuate by large smount from one day to another (one of natue's little mysteries to many of us), if your someone who is upset by weighing daily, the only answer is - only weigh once a week! You haven't "piled the weight on" it will even out again. You need to give the plan a chance...

    Frylight is a mixture of olive oil 53% and water + a few additives... so if you have a spray and put a mixture of olive oil and water, give it a good shake and spray...that'll work.

    You are allowed 2 HEB's so cereal is fine. Apples are an S food. Salmon and eggs are both P foods. Bacon is P, salad is fine and a wholemeal bread HEB would be fine. Hope this helps

    Tomato based pasta is good - or Italian restaurants usually do some sort of a chicken dish with veg / salad, that would be good. Enjoy what you have, and don't worry too much. It's just one meal out of 21 in a week, so after just draw a line under it and get back on track - you'll be fine

    Hmm... nothing official. It would be complicated I.e. if you look on the list of ingredients at the free food and percentage - calculate the syns for that. Then deduct that from the total calories in the pack and calculate the remainder as 20 calories = 1 syn. I guess that would work, but easier...

    Shopped bought fresh pasta has syns as it usually has oil in it. If you make the gnocci yourself you must count all ingredients including the flour and that will be the syns count - it shouldn't be too high

    It's always difficult with things bought from take-away shops. A link on Google gave the calories in a 41g macaroon as 182 - so that's around 9 syns (based on 1 syn for 20 calories). If you've eaten it though.... you can't weigh it now. Hope this helps as a guideline.
