I was a naughty boy, i had a few vodkas n coke zero while watching the boxing on sat, next morning brekkie was a nice strawberry shake LOL as i still stuck with the plan eating wise. I weighed myself this morning and im down still.

Just tried them from my tester pack, i dont usually eat sweet stuff but i gave them ago and wow they are really nice. When i put in my 1st proper order and have a few spaces left for bars they'll be the ones i'd pick.

Im on day 3 also, but yesterday my belly wasnt happy as it seemed to feel empty and i had a weird sickly feeling, i didnt feel like eating or have the urge meself.

I watched 'Get The Gringo' Starring Mel Gibson. Wow what a film and after all the tripe about him and his personal life this film proved how much of a great actor he still is, i really enjoyed it. If anyone gets the chance and likes a good action film this won't disapoint.

My down fall is after having a drinking sesh at weekends, the next day i used to get a takeaway. Mainly because i was to hungover to cook and i couldnt be bothered.

I agree with Banana. It will proberly go ok at first, but after awhile you may get fed up with the same thing everyday. But good luck with it, its what works for you that matters.
