You whine away....totally justified. Its very frustrating when you know you're doing the right thing. I've no advice but just wanted to say keep at it xx
Thanks :-) I've been on the treadmill everyday for the past week, only 10mins jogging but it gets me sweating (as well as my normal 1hr walk with the dog). I'm weighing tomorrow so I hope for more than 1lb.
I have to do a food diary but don't put it on here, I may do if I start waning. Anyway...
I'm a veggie with PCOS. I just find my weight loss is slow, but not sure if that's the PCOS or just me? I try not to get disheartened when other people or losing 3/4lbs and its just a pound loss for me.....again!!! But I've started to jog this week so hopefully that'll speed things...
Just started jogging, I'm up to 10mins which for me is amazing as I didn't think I could jog more then a minute (walking quickly yes, I can walk forever), will give this a go...cheers
Its taken a few days of popping in but I've read your entire thread, love it. Great to see how you're maintaining, I never get to the maintaining bit but really focused and coming on here really helps. Thanks x
Great to read your diary, I'm also doing the shred on day 12....complete killer but going to stick with it...how many things can you do in a plank!!! It weight isn't flying off as I'd hoped but definitely can see changes in my body.
Great to have found this thread. I'm on day 12 so had 10 lovely days at level 1 (still can't and will never be able to do a full press up though), then the shock of level 2. I'm just focused on day 20 when I can think back on how hard it was on day 11 and how easy it is on day 20....well...
