Started the 30 day shred again today, I was doing it 3-4 times a week after the initial 30 days and intended to keep on with it but we had family staying for 3 weeks back in July and I gave myself some time off from it, ended up with more time off than I'd originally planned as I couldn't get motivated to start again...anyway, I finally did it, it was tougher than I remember but I still enjoyed it and it will get easier as I go along.

Good luck with it hun! Looking forward to getting stuck in next week!

Ooh how are the heinz mixed beans? I'm tempted but they just seem wrong lol x

Its taken a few days of popping in but I've read your entire thread, love it. Great to see how you're maintaining, I never get to the maintaining bit but really focused and coming on here really helps. Thanks x

Hi joayeo, thanks for popping by, you've read it all, blimey, hope it didn't send you to sleep! I'm glad my thread has been of some help to you, please pop by again. Minimins is a great place for help and inspiration. Getting to target can be tough enough and maintaining can be quite tricky, its just a case of seeing what works really, I'm determined to stay in target range this time. I see from your stats that you are doing well and don't have far to go to get to your target, good luck :) Do you have a food diary? I find it really helps to record my daily food, it also makes me accountable for my actions/food intake when I know someone else could read it at any time :D

Snacks: baby bel light, 2 x apples, Thorntons mini caramel shortcake (3.5) - I would describe it as miniscule rather than mini actually but it was a better choice than a 13 syn piece of chocolate cake (cakes were brought into work for a birthday- again. sound familiar Quins?), hifi light bar, crisps (5) - I tried very hard not to have any but failed miserably! Thanks :) I've been on the treadmill everyday for the past week, only 10mins jogging but it gets me sweating (as well as my normal 1hr walk with the dog). I'm weighing tomorrow so I hope for more than 1lb.
I have to do a food diary but don't put it on here, I may do if I start waning. Anyway thanks again, Jo x
