Couch to 5k

Ck5 is great .. excellent way to get fit
 
Aaarrrahhhh I've lost it! I've not run for nearly 2 weeks now and it's time to kick my own arse, I'm going to find my 30 day shred do that this morning then start c25k again tomorrow after work, will rewind a couple runs in order to get fitness back but enough is enough the only person I'm failing is myself!!! I'm not going to let this flab win !
 
Just started jogging, I'm up to 10mins which for me is amazing as I didn't think I could jog more then a minute (walking quickly yes, I can walk forever), will give this a go...cheers
