For how many weeks have you been on Exante? Glad you're finding it easy to follow!

You need to remember how you feel right now, so that when you lose with Exante, you'll never go back to the way you are at the moment. Yes, it's overwhelming, but it's better to lose than to keep gaining if you put it off any longer :)

You don't have to tell anyone your weight or even put it on the site. If you've lost weight and gained it back a few times then maybe you need to think about how you view food. I don't believe you can successfully do Exante (or probably any diet) if you don't change your relationship with eating xx

If you're going to do Exante then you're no longer in denial :) weigh yourself, write down the number then watch it get smaller every week! It's a great feeling xx

I've decided to start having 1 meal a week instead of the food break week. Had a chicken tikka starter and salad on Saturday and it was delicious. Had a few chunks of cheddar and a picked onion on Sunday as well. Will run out of packs on Monday so will have to order more. Think I'll stick with...

7lb is great! I'm not sure what I'll do about adding food. Will see how I feel in a couple of weeks. Remember the average Total Solution loss is 14lb a month so you're already halfway there! You may get slower losses if you're adding food. My 2nd weigh in, I was 8¾lb down xx

Hello! First week has been good - I've lost 6.5lb! I thought I'd find it much more difficult but I think I like knowing what I'm having to eat, if that makes sense? Hate the bad breath :\ Well done for sticking with it when you've been finding it hard. I hope the next week is much better for you :)

I had the toffee and raisin bar today and loved it, which really pleased me! I went for the bumper pack of shakes and bars - so far I've had a strawberry and a chocolate one and both were fine. I split my bar into a few portions and just nibbled away over the afternoon :)

That's a shame about the soup. Seems much harder if you don't like the stuff :( I got the bumper pack with just shakes and bars as I've heard a lot of people say they don't like the soups. So far, so good! How did you get on with your shake for dinner?
