Please can someone help me with how many syns I should use for my meal on Saturday?
We're going to an Italian so for starter in going to ask for the mozzarella and tomatoe salad and not have any healthy extras during the day so I'm allowed 2 a's and b's because I do green so thinking this will be fine then for main I'm going to have penne arrabbiata for the main all the ingredients are free but I don't know how they cook it so don't know how many to allow? thanks x
