Waitrose sausgaes

Hello does anyone know the syns for Waitrose Extra Lean Premium Pork Sausages. There are 8 in a pack, chilled.

Also does anyone know the syns for Schwartz cheese sauce sachet. I will be using the milk as a HEA, so just want the syns for the packet. I know the creamy mild peppercorn is only 4.5 so hoping the cheese one isn't too much more.

Not sure about the sauce but the sausages are a hefty 4.5 syns each!! Eeeeek!

Oh my goodness that's a lot! I just did an online shop and they were the only low fat one I saw so ordered them! Wish I hadn't now!!
