    So happy with my weigh in this morning! Was hoping for 7-8llbs and I have actually lost 10.1llbs!! Great motivator for the week ahead! I know it will slow down this week, so aiming for 5-6llbs. Fingers crossed for a good week everyone! :-)

    Weigh in - day early or day late?

    Hello team SW. I can't make my usual Friday morning WI this week. The question is, should I weigh in a day early (Thursday morning) or a day late (Saturday morning at 7:45am!) Do you think it would make a difference either way? And will SW let me WI early/late? Thanks x
