4.5 llbs off this week. I'm happy with that as it means i have lost just over a stone in 2 weeks!!

Total Solution for me - I'm all or nothing! It is easier for me to be 100% - find it too tempting otherwise. Everyone has to do what works for themselves - TS works best for me.

I have been off plan for the last month for various reasons but i'm back on it now 100%!
