ok. mindblown. I didnt know Mullerlights (or any yogs, really) were NOT VEGGIE :( I dont have them often at all...I have had them! How arent they? (Im sure I sound completely stupid now! Sorry!) I do actually prefer the activia single pots. Theyre lovely. Im not sure if Ive had the shape ones or not...will have to have a look. Ive seen the danio and Im going to have to try them. They look lovely and for a few syns...hmm. :D Thanks!

Oh and...LOL! Nope. My youngest isnt talking yet but my eldest is very much English. lol. Shes funny in that she is mostly geordie but she picks things up off the telly (from Peppa Pig, etc) so some things she says well posh, and some things she sounds scouse (i dunno why?! lolol) and just...various different accents. She does say a few things a bit American sounding - better - we say "bedder". lol. But she was born and raised here and shes only been to america once when she was 10 month (and wasnt talking yet) and then again just in May. So she identifies more as English, I think. My accent has changed a lot as ive been here ages. lol. But when i go back home, it changes back, mostly. I dont even realise when it changes. Very strange. Haha. So no, in our hosue, Im the odd one out. :p

Oo ye they contain gelatine - usually beef or pork .. It's a shame coz I'd eat loads otherwise :(
The Danio are gorge - and totally worth the syns - the yogurt is so thick - it feels like your being naughty .. The strawberry is only 1 syn and passion fruit only 1.5 syn :) my faves!

I'm not too bad today - I'm off work and chillin in my pjs - I'm on my own which I sadly love .... My husband is working ... How are you? :) x x x

i love being on my own too. LOL I never get the chance now Ive got the girls...but I do miss it sometimes! lol

Ack! I feel conned!! haha. I never knew they put gelatine in yog! :( I will be more careful from now on. Youre really sellin' the danio - deffo gonna try them now!

I prefer America just as its my home. And I miss my family (hubbys family dont bother with each other) ....And Im from Las Vegas so I miss the sun and heat, a lot. I think it really has a bad effect on my moods when we have grey days, and living in Newcastle, we get loads lol. Otherwise, i really like it here. lol

Oh wow LAS VEGAS ..... How amazing !!! Sounds sooooooo much more exciting than boring Britain ;) .. Do you get change to visit much? I bet flights can be dear !

Gelatine seems to be hidden in a lot of things !! Well annoying coz the yogurts without taste lovely so I dunno why it's used !!?? X x
 
Urgh! Evil gelatine gets everywhere!

I was told recently that only the Shape 'crumble' flavoured yogurts are synned now, that the rest are free :)
I can second the Danio love! I like the passion fruit and cherry ones - 1.5 syns each :D

Beelishy I bet your daughter's 'accent' is really cool. Sounds like she's got a good mix in there lol. Amazed that there's some scouse tho! We get everywhere ;)
How long have you been living in the UK? Would you move back to the US at all?x

Ive lived here for just over 9 years now :) Yeah I would probably go back, if we could get jobs. Vegas is pretty much the hardest hit city in the US with regard to the economy and recession....boo! lol We are planning to but its a long way off and very dependent on lots of factors. lol. Hubby prefers Southern California (which is actually where I was born and lived til I was 15...then we moved to Vegas) but the cost living there is insane. lol

AW WOW! your life sounds soo exciting ... i bet you think us brits are proper boring .. haha!! i dont no much about america and the recession - this is prob me being a thick blonde but i always think of casinos when i think of las vegas ;)

I'm sure you will be fine... I think I just got unlucky. Apparently they don't like giving out diazepam and he gave me that with no problem! I've told my surgery I no longer want to see that doc anymore! Xx

Just done the 30DS ... Eek! Used 3kg weights on each side - PAINFUL .... Although only 25 mins long I was sweating well bad! Big improvement tho coz I did it last year and wouldn't have been able to use the 6kg of weight on top ;) x x x

Oh well done YOU! I have the Kettleworx kettlebells set and I really need to start going with it. i had a go months ago and it nearly killed me. My thighs were SO SORE it was agony to sit down and get up. Going to the loo was nearly impossible. i was nearly in tears with me poor legs. But Im going to try to do some other work out dvds to get my fitness up a bit (its terrible right now) and then maybe try a bit of kettlebells. You've got me inspired and motivated!
