LOL I'm not happy with certain bits and rowing seems to target those areas better than anything else. Endurance is my thing but I certainly couldn't do 5k in 20mins that is fast, the quickest i've done 5k is 26mins but maybe I'll get quicker as the more i do it and my stroke is well improved already, would love to be able to complete 20k in 110mins as opposed to 121 that i did today, perhaps a mini goal to go for... i get abit slower after about 90mins my bum is well numb lol
