Just started so need advice. If I had a jacket spud with chilli do I have to have salad with it for my 1/3 superfree or can I have a fruit salad to follow.
confusing i know...... to be honest i'd probably have a side salad i think the idea of 1/3 sf is this takes up that amount of room on your plate rather than the free foods to help fill you up so not sure if eating 1/3 after your meal works the same way. sorry if that hasnt helped luckily i love salad leaves so i find it easy to cover my plate every meal.
Not an EE expert, but you could also include and count superfrees included in your chilli such as passata, onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes, garlic, chilli peppers.
