can i join please back at SW and ive lost 1st 3lb in 7 WI's x just got incto my size 14s so my aim is to lose another 1st before xmas and try and get in some 12's x

I got my first stone off at weighin last thursday.. I now have exactly 1st 4lb to lose for xmas so I reach my target, is this even possible??
