I was being good, fell off the wagon Monday night, and having trouble getting back on it. Why do I do it to myself? Argh.

Been AWOL for a few weeks but still slow weight losses am having a nightmare I to fell off the wagon this week on Saturday and haven't been in the right head space since so expecting a gain today will update list after weigh in today hope I've not done to much damage. I am kicking my self for not getting straight back onto plan after Saturday but its a new week and I'm going to be good all week as I want to get into the 9's was so close last week but know I've undone all my good work such is life I guess I always knew these 2 weeks would be hard for me they are every year.
