    Just had my first weigh in and lost 10lb :D :D.

    Looking forward to trying the bars now, and the briks.

    By the way - you can have tetra briks from the start, you don't need to wait for those like the flavourings & bars

    don't think you should have bars until week 3? not sure though. can't quite remember.... they knock some people out of ketosis...
