Hi everyone.
I was here this time last year, planning to be happy with my weight by the time my 40th birthday arrived (last March). Well, my SW eating plan never lasted very long, and I find myself here again (don't know why I ever left).
So, 1 week in and I have lost 5lb.
I've really enjoyed planning menu's and reading recipies, but most of all, I have enjoyed feeling in control. I pretty much had a syn free week (just a few here and there) but enjoyed my wine at the weekend with absolutely no guilt (all syns counted!!)
I can't believe how positive I feel.
This website has been a constant support all week, so I would like to join you all on this journey we are on.
Everyone is so friendly, and reading theposts, it seems nothing is too much trouble for anyone, answering queries, posting diaries etc.
I haven't set any goals or targets yet, but know it's probably a good idea to do this.
Here is to week number 2 and another 100%.

Hello Fit&Forty!
Well done on your first week.
I've done SW before and given up too. Having just tried Atkins I lost half a stone in a week but I'm sitting here feeling so ill after it that I'm seriously thinking I should restart SW too. It may be a little bit slower for me but it clearly more healthy!
