    Just had a look how much this is here in the UK. A US gallon is 3.78 litres, whereas a UK gallon is 4.54 litres, confussing lol!

    But yes drinking 4 litres a day would be great for us, especially on a dd :)

    God 4.5 litres is a massive amount, Im at the toilet constantly drinking 3 litres! Willing to give it a go, it may help with the weight loss :D(whilst your sat on the toilet you cant eat lol.)

    Yep but the amount Jolinaar is saying is 3.78 litres, so not as bad as 4 and a half lol! Although I've often drank 4 litres a day, even 5. I'm forever peeing LOL!!!!

    I don't know..... All I know is its sugggested that you drink a Gallon of water a day! ha ha! :))) Sooooo... I already drink a lot of water every day... but I want to make sure Im gettin a gallon.... When I get my water intake high up there, it helps me take off the weight....

    For some reason I retain water soooooooo bad!!!! ARGH

    I always drink lots of water too :) Always have done even when I wasn't on a diet, although recently have been monitoring how much out of interest really. Yep will go for 4 litres too then!
