People - I have been almost 100% for 1 week, that is i have had my 3 shakes and water for the week i did chew 2 fruit pastils and 1 haribo but spat them out. I also did have 1 mouthfull of omlette and lost 11.5lb

What amount with throw u out of Ketosis, not that I will ever eat properly as i need this fat to go, but do you all have little blips or remain faithfull?
 
I think it's a slippery slope, small pieces turn to bigger and then dinners. If you stick to protein you'll stay in ketosis but the calories could slow your losses. If you can you should stay 100% but if you really need something stick with protein
