1000 Calories Hmmm :/

Hi Guys

I have completed my food diary for today on mfp but i have only had 1000 calories......I'm not feeling hungry and having been all day do you think i should have eaten more calories

I personally wouldn't worry the odd day, it seems silly to eat for the sake of it x

Breakfast I didn't have anything

Dinner - I had granary toast with 3 slices of grilled bacon in it, packet of snaps and a small sausage roll

Tea - weight watchers spaghetti and meatballs
 
When you're hungry eat. Don't stress if you're under cals one day and over the next as long as it all balances at the end of the week it still works. The body can get used to a regular amount of calories, it's good to keep it guessing.

The odd day won't harm. Ignore MFP, it says all crazy things. Don't make it a regular thing and you'll be fine. :)

I would try and hav breakfast though as it kick starts ur metabolism after sleeping x

One day won't hurt you. Try and eat a wee something for Breakfast (I'm not a morning eater so I literally have just an apple or something till about 11) if you can. And where are your veggies young lady??? ;) Looooool I sound like my mother!!!
 
It's ok to have that many cals but things work best if you have your three meals a day and include snacks as well. This keep you're motabilsium burning
 
Thanks for all your help....i dont normally eat that low was just a one off.....i normally have bout 1250 but allow myself up to 1400
