When will i get my ass in gear and get on with it...41 years old, somewhere between 19.5-20 stone, foot injuries, can hardly walk, back pain...fairy godmother, help please.....*

you sound in a similar situation to me, I've got about 11 stone to lose arghhh and its a daunting task, I'm 22 stone 5 or at least I was on Sat will not know first week weight loss until Sat as I am having to avoid the scales as otherwise I become an idiot hopping on them every 5 mins so am trying to do one weekly weigh in! Em
